Symptoms, Causes, and how to reduce swelling in hands
Swollen hands are an indication of fluid buildup, tissues or joints inflammation of the hand. Trauma or other infections can also cause hand swelling. Hand swelling is also possible during and after exercise which can persist for a short duration of time.

Exercising will enable the excess fluid accumulated to the swollen region is pumped to other body organs thus reducing swelling
Medication
